Dear Swedcham Community,
I hope you have all had, despite the specific challenges of this summer, some wonderful months, with some relaxing days and also time for reflecting and looking at the bigger picture of life and business. Personally, I was at our summer house and just loved the feeling of not having any specific plans for the day .. adjusting towards the feeling of the moment .. interesting how a kind of emptiness can fill you with a lot of energy !
As we are all back in business now, with probably high ambitions in both growth and profit, maybe wondering how we will manage, control and motivate our teams to the best of best performances, the SwedCham team is fully prepared to engage and exchange with you. A lot of different topics are on the agenda, from fun to serious and in bigger or smaller groups. I believe there are many choices, to both learn and recharge your batteries (again).
