Activities in China: Victoria of Sweden is a classic Swedish personal care brand founded in 1905, with a strong brand heritage and deep roots in the Nordic lifestyle. Since entering the Chinese market, we have focused not only on product sales, but also on building brand awareness through brand activities, official exchanges, chamber of commerce cooperation, and consumer communication. Currently, Victoria’s activities in China are mainly focused on four areas. First, we actively participate in Swedish official events, SwedCham activities, and Team Sweden exchanges to strengthen the brand’s Swedish identity and build closer connections with local governments, business organizations, channel partners, and the Swedish business community in China. Second, we adapt our brand communication to the needs of the Chinese market, highlighting Victoria’s century-old heritage, Nordic aesthetics, classic soap culture, and high-quality body care philosophy. At the same time, we are launching the Victoria Savor series and promoting the Tallba brand. Third, we continue to develop online channels, including e-commerce platforms, influencer content, social media communication, and consumer word-of-mouth. With the rapid growth of the Chinese market, we aim to gradually upgrade Victoria from a single-product sales model into a personal care brand representing the Swedish lifestyle. Fourth, we will selectively participate in high-quality exhibitions and brand showcases, especially platforms related to Sweden, Nordic lifestyle, premium consumer goods, and international brands. For exhibitions, we will focus more on actual conversion efficiency, quality of brand exposure, and potential business resources, rather than simply increasing the number of events. In the first year, we can test suitable platforms and then decide on future investment based on the results. In addition, Victoria has already entered China Duty Free Group and will gradually expand into offline shopping mall channels. Overall, Victoria’s goal in China is to combine Swedish brand heritage, product quality, and market opportunities in China, building a long-term brand with European heritage that truly fits the needs of Chinese consumers.
