The primary function is to lead and support Customer Centres through the entire quotation process, selling engineered Vacuum Pumping Systems in compliance with customer specifications into the Scientific and Industrial Vacuum market sectors and other high spec industries.  This person will need to work closely with Systems and Solutions group and product companies to develop best in class solutions.

Analysis, dispose and improvement in production site.

As manager of our service & product support you will be responsible for a team that interacts intensively with our customers, sales and service with respect to the products in product company Tianjin. Very close collaboration with engineering, production, sourcing and marketing as well as with service centers, field service and sales worldwide will be crucial. Good networking in an environment with several brands, customer centers and service centers will be important. Also direct customer contact, especially in case of quality issues will be needed. 

You will be part of the marketing team in ACoE(Asia Center of Excellence) and you will work in close and agile collaboration with Asia Customer Centers, ACA(Asia Application Center), AIC(Automation Innovation Center) as well as with customers. With their support, you will enable our growth in high dynamic EV components area in Asia, to be ‘First in mind, First in Choice’ in the eyes of our customers worldwide. The position is preferred locate in Shanghai, China, or the city around Shanghai and Shenzhen area.

-Role
The role of Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects in IT Services (i.e. Digital transformation project, infrastructure projects, IT part of migration and acquisition project etc.), which includes collaborating with cross functional teams, to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within the specified budgets. This position is based in Shanghai, China reporting to IT Manager – APAC IT Operations.

Main Responsibility

• Responsible for supplier strategy, development and management in conformity with the purchasing strategy;

• Responsible for new project sourcing, RFQ, price analysis, negotiation and cross function alignment, on time delivery with right Quality/ Time/ Price;

• Responsible for annual cost reduction and value chain review, identify the risk/ opportunity, take right action and try the best;

• Change management;

• Global cooperation, lead/support global purchasing activities;

• Cross function alignment, proactive and drive for decision;

• CIR checking

• Ordering management, such as place order for new project, and ensure the part price in the system is correct and covering all relevant consignee sites 

• No line stop due to supplier issue, quality issue, material shortage and so on.

• Hard / Soft OPC, including supplier claims, Retroactive Payments, D&D, Vendor Tooling and Others.

• SEM on existing suppliers, supplier environment issue
