Main responsibility:

• Technical Communication together with engineering team and molds supplier prior to new project to be launched.
• Manage molds supplier and track molds manufacturing schedules /molds trial till to be production.
• Release all the new molds from supplier to plant; ensure molds can work stably and process parameter is suitable, prepare all the documentation for the new molds.
• Support daily production operations with regards to injection molds and all molding quality issues.
• Improve productivity and transfer new technology.
• Make plan for molds repair and maintenance, arrange tasks to technicians and confirm the effective action.
• 3D EX system management and maintenance of the molds.
• A variety of molds file form filling and management.
• Submit to other work assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or over, based on mold、Plastic or mechanical.

Experience:

• 5 years molds experience in manufacture /designing / injection molding, will be a plus. At least 3 years related working experience in molds design.
• Familiar with design repair and maintenance, double-shot molds will be plus.
• Familiar with knowledge of injection processing for plastic production computer proficient–MS Office, AutoCAD, Catia or UG etc.
• Familiar with ISO9000, TS16949 and ISO14000.
• Fluent in written English (speaking will be a plus).
• Motivated work and responsibility. Have good interpersonal relation, communication skills and ability of organization and coordination
