Main responsibility:

  • Establish and improve the enterprise supply chain management system, formulate practical work specifications, standards and processes, and establish an effective supervision mechanism.
  • Lead the team to manage and follow up order process and production plan, take necessary actions to fulfill confirmed delivery on time to customer.
  • Establish and optimize the development, maintenance and review of suppliers (raw material suppliers, transportation suppliers, service suppliers, etc.), and reasonably control cost Supervise the arrival, acceptance, and warehousing of raw materials or products.
  • Reasonably arrange logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery, including transportation, customs clearance, warehousing and other core links
  • Deal with customer complaints, returns, transportation/storage accidents, etc., and take effective preventive measures to reduce the accident rate.
  • Arrange production reasonably according to the order, reduce the frequency of product switching and scrap rate, and coordinate with the production department to ensure that the order is produced on time.
  • Semi-finished products and finished product warehouse management and inventory management to ensure that the management of semi-finished products and finished products conforms to the company's management norms and reasonably downgrades the inventory level.
  • Lead the team and work with SAP team to improve ERP system master data and system process set up is suitable for business process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain, finance.
  • More than 5 years of logistics management experience in large and medium-sized auto parts enterprises; Management experience in multiple warehouses or intermediate warehouses.
  • Have professional practical experience in the field of logistics and transportation and warehousing and be able to independently complete the overall planning and design of warehousing and logistics departments and the integration of internal and external resources.
  • Work experience in production plan management of foreign-funded enterprises, familiar with the management process of production plan
  • Proficiency in SAP, WMS logistics information management system and have implementation experience.
  • Strong leadership skills, good language expression, communication and negotiation skills, teamwork spirit and management skills, strong ability to work independently, and able to work under pressure.
