Key Responsibility

• Involving from the beginning of the construction phase, through to the grand opening of the Kids Themed farm and after that responsible for the overall operation in order to make it a successful and popular attraction-farm for kids.
• Involving in the project from 0-1.
• Building up the operational team from 0-1.

Qualification & Experience

• Experienced in pre-opening & construction of theme parks.
• Successful track record in managing operation teams in kids theme park.
• Strong service mindset is a must.
• Excellent Teambuilding skills.
• Strong communication skills, Good oral English is considered a plus.
