You will become part of the E-commerce sales team and report directly to the E-commerce Head of Merchandising.

What You Will Do

We want to build a strong team that is dynamic and driven, where the quality of our service toward the customers in China is always first in mind. As an E-commerce Merchandiser, you will run H&M’s store together with your team. You will achieve goals for your concept, by taking actions to drive net sales, reach set profit target while elaborating with your team the best commercial plan.

Your Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Drive profitable net sales for your concept by analyzing your sales figures and the market trend, taking actions according to the identified opportunities, threats and priorities

• Have the best commercial plan pre-season and in-season for your concept based on customer behavior, digital calendar, sales results, commercial beliefs and previous learnings

• Securing the best Online customer experience with the support of your closest E-commerce collaborators: Visual Merchandiser, Marketing, CRM and Business Tech teams

• Manage the stock levels of your concept by giving inputs on the buying and ensuring stock freshness with our E-commerce Demand and Supply Planning manager

• Work with sales planning and daily sales actions, to secure forecast alignment with our E-commerce business analyst

• Work closely with logistics to secure stock flow and stock availability

• Work closely with retail merchandising team and marketing team to secure omni commercial plan

Who You Are

• Have an academic degree with business or engineering, newly graduated or significant working experience in comparable role within sales and result driven environment

• Sales driven with a strong commercial and Chinese digital awareness

• Prior experience working in retail is preferred

• Previous E-commerce experience will be a plus

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn analysis into actions that you can implement in your team

• Strong solution mind set is a must

• Have a genuine interest in working with different systems and good knowledge in Excel

• Leadership qualities with strong and clear communication skills

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
