岗位职责： Job Description

- 负责公司业务的开发，与客户建立良好的合作关系；

Responsible for the company’s business development, establish good relationship with customers.

- 负责公司产品的推广，及时了解并掌握客户的需求，负责向提供客户满意的解决方案；

Responsible for the promotion of the products, understand the needs of customers in a timely manner, responsible for providing customers with the satisfactory solutions.

- 负责收集相关行业政策，分析市场发展趋势，对公司销售策略等提出参考意见；

Responsible for collecting the policies of the relevant industry, analyzing market development trends, and providing inputs on the company's sales strategy for reference.

- 根据所辖区域或行业情况，制定个人销售计划，积极开拓市场，完成业务线下达的业绩目

标；

Making personal sales plan according to the actual status of the region or segments assigned, actively exploring the market, and achieving the performance target assigned by the business line.

- 负责项目的投标、合同的签订以及回款工作；

- Responsible for project bidding, contract signing and payment collection.

- 完成业务线领导临时交办的其他任务；

Completing other temporarily assigned tasks by business line manager.

Requirement

1、本科及以上学历，冶金类专业

Bachelor degree or above majored in metallurgy technology

2、3年以上冶金行业客户销售经验，有良好的销售业绩

More than three years of sales experience in the steel and metallurgical industry.

3、形象良好，表达能力强，逻辑清晰 .

Good image, strong verbal dexterity and logical thinking ability.
