JOB PURPOSE:
- We are looking for an Art Director, who will closely with our international customers’ and cooperate with design agencies to translate our clients’ requirements into great designs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engaged in the design and research and development of glass bottles, ceramic products, and alcoholic Products.
- Cooperate with design agencies based on the requirement from customers.
- Responsible for product promotional advertising images, designing and producing display props, and other related work.
- Responsible for the graphic design of company product packaging.
- Assist in product packaging strategy planning, collaborate with product managers to complete packaging design and prototype production.
- Provide feasible suggestions for the design scheme and implement them in practice.
- Assist other teams to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
- Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
- Conduct quality control and final approval on all product visuals
- Check quality of all photos, pictures, 3D renderings and videos
- Operate final approval and upload processes in system.
- Operate MA change tasks and handle re-approval.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Having 5+ years of (product) Design experience, major or degree in Visual Design, Photography, or other art related area. Formal drawing training or similar is a Must Have.
- Keen eye for design/quality and details (texture, light reflection, shadow, color).
- Expert command of AI, Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign, with outstanding portfolio.
- Leadership and project management experience.
- Successful track-record in product design (we like to see your portfolio).
- Very good English communication skills, spoken and written.
- Bringing a positive proactive approach to solving problems.
- Able to lead projects to deliver high quality outcome.
