Jade Invest Achieves Full Exit from Leading Pest Control Company, Mars Brothers

Jade Invest is pleased to announce that LBS Group has acquired Mars Brothers, a leading pest control company in China, allowing Jade Invest to fully exit its controlling stake.
Founded in 2006, Mars Brothers is a leading enterprise in the domestic pest control industry. The company boasts strong service capabilities, covering over 20 provinces and 60 cities nationwide, providing high-quality services to hundreds of well-known enterprises across various sectors including food, pharmaceuticals, hotels, shopping malls, F&B, schools, airports, and high-speed railway stations. Mars Brothers was also the designated pest control service provider for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, and the 2017 “One Belt, One Road” conference.
Jade Invest acquired the controlling stake in Mars Brothers in 2021, fully supporting the company's operations, expansion, and strategic development. Despite the impact of the pandemic, the company maintained steady growth in its commercial clientele; successfully acquired two regional pest control companies, enhancing its business and service capabilities in Central and South China; established an exclusive strategic partnership with global cleaning giant Diversey in 2022, gradually establishing a leading position in the F&B, hotel, supermarket, and fresh food sectors; and made significant improvements in internal management, organisational optimisation, key performance indicator setting, and human resources.
