Head of CAE
Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop simulation processes for the whole department, within all areas, securing a long-term simulation driven development
  • Initially setting up an inventory of models, load cases, and methods to verify the product using simulations
  • Performing analyses within your area of expertise (durability, safety, fluid dynamic, NVH and MBD)
  • Collaborating, and coordinating with our external simulation partners to secure high quality deliveries
Requirements
  • You have a proven track record in working with simulations as means of driving product development
  • As a person, you are able to freely switch between details and a holistic perspective, and with that focus on what really adds to our common goal in every situation
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a CAE-engineer
  • Able to expand the team within the R&D organization
  • Experience from heavy duty truck product development process and simulation methods
  • You speak and write fluent English, Mandarin and Swedish language skills are an advantage
