About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Commercial Manager to act as an authority within Ericsson in commercial matters to secure long and short-term profitable business for Ericsson. Partner with accounts to define commercial strategies, handle negotiations and take commercial decisions.
What you will do
- Participate in commercial customer negotiations
- Support Key Account Managers in defining Commercial Proposal Strategy
- Maintain interface toward specific Customer Unit and collaborate with Core 3 team/Domain/Finance
- Secure short and long-term profitability through excellence in commercial management
- Deploy price and business models
- Develop new Business Models and commercial strategies to enable future revenues and margins.
- Ensure and align commercial proposals and Sales Process with global guidelines, and work closely with Business Area
- Analyze commercial trends and market dynamics with commercial focus
- Perform as individual contributor
You will bring
- Minimum 3 years in telecommunication industry or similar such as IT company
- Knowledge in 5G, RAN, Cloud, and related service business
- Experience in Sales Support, Business Management, Business Support
- Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking
- Market and customer insight
- Basic Financial understanding
- Fundamental leadership competence
- Presentation & communication skills
- Process & tools for Premium Proposal, Salesforce, etc
- Business Level in English
