主要职责

  • Complete mass and heat balance, block flow diagram, utility data, investment estimation as basic design data during  projects execution.

    在项目执行期间，完成物料、热量衡算，设计block flow diagram，公用设施消耗计算，投资估算作为基本设计数据

  • Perform process simulation to establish plant concept and design basis for individual equipment.

    进行工艺仿真，以建立单个设备的工厂概念和设计基础

  • Execute the hydraulic calculation, size the pump and pipe.

    进行液压计算，确定泵和管道的尺寸

  • Interfaces with other engineering disciplines and design team(s).

    向其他专业和设计团队提资

  • Know unit chemical process quite well and produce the P & ID based on PFD independently.

    熟悉单位化学工艺过程，并能独立基于PFD设计P＆ID

  • Produce process datasheet for process equipment selection, such as Reactors, heat exchangers, towers, tanks, pumps, compressors, etc.

    编制工艺设备选型的工艺数据表，例如反应堆，热交换器，塔，罐，泵，压缩机等

  • Participate in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up if required.

    根据需要参与预调试，调试和开机

岗位要求

  • Bachelor degree or higher degree in Chemical Engineering with 5~8 years experience in engineering Field of Refinery /Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Pharmaceutical plants.

    化学工程与工艺学士学位或以上，在炼油/石化/化学/制药厂的工程领域具有5〜8年的经验

  • Skilled in  Aspen Plus，HTRI,etc;

    熟练使用Aspen Plus，HTRI等

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

    良好的英语书面和口头交流能力

  • Strong Team player.

    较强的团队合作精神

  • Experience in engineering company/design institute is a plus.

    具备工程公司/设计院的经验者优先

  • Registered process engineer is preferred.

    注册化工工程师优先
