Stockholm, 5 March 2018 I Bonnie Roupé, CEO and Founder of Bonzun, was for the second year in a row appointed one of the top 10 most powerful women in Sweden 2018, by the Swedish business magazine Veckans Affärer.
“I don’t feel so powerful but I am definitely very proud to be on the list amongst all of these other fantastic women.” – Bonnie Roupé, CEO and Founder of Bonzun
Bonnie is a Swedish serial entrepreneur, who is recognised as one of the most influential Swedish women in tech, and a true adventurer who’s not only founded the app Bonzun but also sailed across the North Atlantic Ocean, the Artic Sea, the Greenland Sea and the Labrador Sea.
The maternal health app, Bonzun, is designed for pregnant women and their families. It is a virtual midwife – helping mothers in pregnancy through explaining the test results and understanding symptoms so that both the mother and family can feel safe and secure.
Working with both Unicef and WHO to spread knowledge and make Bonzun’s services available for free has made research easier to access for both doctors and mothers in rural areas all over the world.
Bonzun has had great success since it’s launch in China back in 2012 and the company is today part of the Great Wall Club, and considered to be top 3 maternal apps in China.
